Our service

Their Paw provides personalized pet tribute stories generated using artificial intelligence. You share details about your pet, and we create a custom story delivered as a PDF and, where applicable, a shareable memorial page.

Payment

Payment is processed at the time of purchase and is final. If you are not satisfied with your story, contact us and we will remake it for you at no additional charge.

Personal use

Stories created through Their Paw are intended for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share your story and memorial page with friends and family.

Limitations

Our stories are generated by AI based on the information you provide. While we work hard to create meaningful tributes, we cannot guarantee that every story will meet your expectations. Beyond offering a remake if you are unsatisfied, we are not liable for any disappointment or other issues arising from the content of a generated story.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
