When you create a tribute, we collect information you provide about yourself and your pet, including your name, email address, and details about your pet such as their name, personality, and memories you share with us. If you upload a photo, we store that as well.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment was completed, but we never see or store your credit card number or full payment details.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to generate and deliver your personalized tribute story, including the PDF and shareable memorial page. We use your email address to send you the finished story and related delivery links.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Payment data
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects and secures your payment information according to their own privacy policy. We never have access to your full card number.
We store your email address so we can deliver your tribute story and respond to support requests related to your order.
